We are currently building committees and programs and planning events under our five areas of impact.

• Voter Education & Engagement:  We will work with partner organizations to be a resource and a voice for voters of color in Rutherford County.

• Youth Empowerment: We will build and manage community programs and opportunities to uplift, educate and support youth of color in Rutherford County. 

• Workforce Development: We will build strategic partnerships and programs to help our community connect, collaborate and cultivate professional, economic and business opportunities. 

• Education: We will work closely with school boards and administrators to ensure equitable and equal education for children of color in Rutherford County.

• Affordable Housing: We will support families of Rutherford County to advocate for affordable housing opportunities and fair housing practices.
