The mission of the R.I.S.E. Coalition is to bridge the gap between ideas and action for communities of color in Rutherford County.

The R.I.S.E. Coalition will be a resource and a voice for community members of color in Rutherford County. We will create and nurture opportunities for collaboration, partnership, community engagement and events to facilitate positive change in the areas of voting, education, housing, workforce development and youth empowerment.

As Rutherford County grows, we want to ensure every member of our community has access to the knowledge, resources, and opportunities that will allow them and their families to grow and thrive as well. We lift as we climb...we RISE because we refuse to leave anyone behind.
